Chandler Blvd. bikeways

Update: Bike lanes were installed on Chandler Blvd. between Leghorn St. and Woodman Ave. this past weekend.

Chandler Blvd. will soon be getting bike lanes to fill an existing gap between Leghorn St. and Woodman Ave.. The project will extend the existing Chandler Blvd. Orange Line bike lanes for approximately one mile, creating a continuous 4.8 mile east-west facility between Van Nuys Blvd. and Vineland Ave. (2.7 miles from Vineland Ave. to Leghorn St. and 1.2 miles from Van Nuys Blvd. to Woodman Ave.). In addition to all the lane mileage, Chandler Blvd. also has a 2.8 mile Class I  bike path that starts from Vineland Ave. (near the Metro Red Line North Hollywood Station) and continues to the Burbank City limit at N Mariposa St..
